Fuller Lake

The first 45 mins of the session we will be working on skating fundamentals: starting ,stopping, turning, edges, backwards skating and strides.

The last (45 mins)of the session we will work on puckhandling skills: shooting ,stickhandling and passing.

We will have a short scrimmage at the end of each session.
